My plan as Pearland Head Coach is three-fold.

1.  Create a team first culture and motivate players to do extra. Our team goals will be bigger than individual goals. Our players will be expected to not only do what is required but to work on their own outside of team practices to improve individually.

2.  Teach every player in our program a cohesive standard of fundamentals from our youth to our High School.

3. Give our players a vast experience that helps them become better players and empowers them to develop life skills to help them as they enter adulthood.

Enjoy the rest of summer, and be on the lookout for additional communication I am working with the Board on regarding summer skill development and our fall schedule.
